I've had probably 5 people send me emails over the past several months commenting that it's too hard to leave a comment on my blog's posts. They said that they can't figure it out, or it's too much work. So, I've just gone through the process myself so I can let everyone know HOW to comment on my (and every other blogger.com) blog.
1 - At the bottom of the specific post, click on the little word "COMMENTS."
2 - On the top right of the page (in the box) - type your comment.
3 - In the next box, type what letters you see. This is so that blogger.com knows that you're a real person, not a "spam computer program" which is trying to just advertise (or say rude things) on my blog.
4 - If you DON'T have your own blog (which is true for the majority of people who read my blog), then select "Name/URL" - and type your name. Please use your last name - more than likely I know more than one person with your first name.
5 - Click "PUBLISH YOUR COMMENT."
It may seem like a lot of work - but it really isn't. It probably takes an extra 10 seconds beyond typing the actual comment. This is NOT a plea to get more comments. I'm okay that people choose not to comment, or choose to comment on my Facebook page instead, or email me about specific posts. I just wanted to clarify HOW to leave a comment JUST IN CASE you were curious - or nervous you'd do it wrong - or confused.

Oh, I originally had clicked on the envelope and it was showing me how to send you an email! That's where the confusion was. Oops!
